Sarah C. Hsia has practiced intellectual property law for over a decade and specializes in trademark prosecution, clearance, policing and enforcement as well as anti-counterfeiting/customs enforcement and surveillance. Ms. Hsia has extensive experience in the identification of intellectual property assets, drafting and negotiating license agreements and patent, trademark and copyright litigation, including ITC Section 337 Investigations. 

Ms. Hsia graduated from Harvard Law School in 2003, and received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, magna cum laude, from Brown University in 1997. While attending law school, Ms. Hsia was Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. 

Prior to joining SNEED PLLC, Ms. Hsia began her career at Coudert Brothers LLP in New York City, and subsequently joined Alston & Bird LLP’s New York office. As a part of one of the top Intellectual Property practices in the United States, Ms. Hsia represented Fortune 100 companies in the identification, development, protection and enforcement of intellectual property assets in a variety of industries, including luxury goods, financial services, technology, chemicals, consumer goods and entertainment.  

Ms. Hsia is currently a member of the International Trademark Association, is fluent in Italian, has a working knowledge of French and is learning Mandarin Chinese.
